cakes, plated desserts and working in banquet and restaurant
environmentsMinimum 2 years of experience in culinary field,
restaurant, or Culinary Degree and equivalent experienceAbility to
follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environmentMulti
task and work in a fast paced team environmentDemonstrates a desire
to provide excellent guest service and be part of a teamStrong
