Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Asset Management to
oversee multiple asset management functions and mentor staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee staff performing asset reviews, reserve and construction
draw reviews, and other credit functions
Manage client relationships, expectations, and conflict resolution
while ensuring service level compliance
Conduct training for new hires and design ongoing education content
for asset management personnel
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Business, or
a related field
Minimum of 15+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years in a
senior leadership role
Proven experience in real estate, REO resolutions, and workout
strategies
Strong proficiency in real estate valuation methodologies and
tenant/borrower credit analysis
High comfort level with industry-related software systems,
including advanced Argus functionality
