A company is looking for a Member Escalations Operations Manager
to oversee a service-focused production operation.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of over 100 members, ensuring adherence to
escalation procedures
Drive operational improvements in collaboration with
cross-functional leaders
Initiate projects to enhance efficiencies and improve customer
experience
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading and developing teams in a
service-based environment
3+ years of experience working with teams across multiple locations
and disciplines
3+ years of implementing operational excellence as a manager
2+ years of experience using data visualization tools
2+ years of prior healthcare or insurance-related experience
